Keith’s expertise is firmly rooted in building design; facilities programming; space planning; spatial, textural and color composition; complex problem solving and opportunity recognition. With nearly twenty years of experience in architecture (13 years as President and CEO of the former Proem Design-Build, Inc.), he is the creative design expert you need on your next project. His passions are architectural problem solving and achieving excellence in design solutions. Keith is also a LEEDTM Accredited Professional and infuses sustainable design principles into all projects as standard practices.

Kahne has over 20 years experience as an architect who has worked in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. She brings excellence in project management, organization and technical expertise to your next project as an integral member of our firm. Her passions include being the “neighborhood” architect. She loves to be the person that people come to for advice. She loves to explore and to know how things work which makes her highly detail oriented. Kahne is a member of the AIA, NCARB and is CDT certified.
Daniel is a detail oriented manager with nine years of experience ranging from medical, hospitality, aviation, historic preservation, municipal, religious, educational, industrial, residential and commercial projects. Prior to joining Merge in 2013, he gained and brings valuable experience from former employers such as 3D/International and William Epps & Associates.
Clement (Clem) Medina,
Project Manager, LEEDTM Green Associate
Clem is a project manager and the leader of our San Antonio office. Clem has six years of recognized work for the City of San Antonio including extensive work on the District 9 Library, Interiors for the City’s Health Department, Normoyle Community Center and the 911 Call Center. Additionally, Clem’s experience includes education related projects ranging from K-12 and Higher Education. His work on K-12 projects includes a $7M performing arts center in Del Rio, Science Labs for both Bel Air high school and Eastwood Middle schools in El Paso. Other works for higher education include various campus improvement projects for the University of Texas, San Antonio.
Ms. Medina joined our firm in 2014 as part of our San Antonio office. She already has an outstanding grasp of project organization, conceptual design, rendering and technical drawings. Maureen has experience with Community Center/Senior Center Renovations, Office/Administration Building Renovations, Higher Education facilities, Public Libraries and Municipal projects for the City of San Antonio.
